Deliveries:

You can receive ordered products directly at the recipient address. Please make sure that you provide a phone number and the accurate delivery address in your order. If transportation is delayed or fails altogether due to incorrect addresses or locked premises, we are not liable. There are no guarantees for courier shipments; while we make every effort to deliver shipments on time, delays may occur due to a variety of factors outside of our control.

Refunds and Returns:

We have a customer friendly 7-day return and or exchange policy, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, subject to certain conditions as specified further in this document. You may return or exchange the product/s purchased from our website in the event that the product does not match your expectation, have issue of size or colour, or any other reasonable reason; we will accept items returned by you as long as the items are returned in its original packing, tags and undamaged condition.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included tags and original packaging along with the original Invoice (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: innerwear and lingerie. Your exchange product will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days we receive your returned product at our Mumbai office. All refunds will be either as teeveda.com Credit or refunded to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days of receipt of the exchanged product.

Indemnification:

In the event that you breach any of the terms of service or infringe on any intellectual property right, you will be liable to indemnify and hold harmless Teeveda Merchandise, its owners, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, or costs.

Violation & Termination:

If we find that you have been in breach of any of these terms of service or any other policies, you agree that Teeveda Merchandise (teeveda.com) may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the website and block your future access. You will still be responsible for paying for any services you have already purchased up until the time of such termination even if you or Teeveda Merchandise terminates your use of any service.

Delivery of Special Sale Items and Peak Season:

Please be aware that we strive to dispatch every purchase within 24 - 72 hours during periods of sale or during peak seasons including local festivals. The estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch and should only be used as a general reference. Depending on the shipping location, we try but cannot promise to deliver the goods to users within 3 – 10 days of sale closure. Any delays in the delivery process brought on by third party delivery agencies and/or by the time needed for statutory clearances are not our responsibility. At our discretion, we reserve the right to charge you for the extra shipping fees if you refuse to accept delivery of the goods.

Additionally, there may be occasions when we are unable to send the confirmed order(s) to you for any number of reasons, including but not limited to the ones listed below:
