• Shipping time: after receiving address confirmation and purchase confirmation, Teeveda will process your orders. Order processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries will be executed between 5 to 7 business days.

• Delivery charges will apply for all orders. Free delivery for prepaid orders above Rs.799. No free delivery for COD orders.

• A package typically arrives in seven to ten working days, depending on where it is sent.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.

• Shipment status:  you will receive an E-mail with tracking details once your product has been shipped.

• If you don’t receive an E-mail within 48 hours, contact our customer support at support@teeveda.com.

• To view your orders and their tracking details, you may also log into your account.

• Damaged package or incorrect item: refuse to take delivery if you find that the package is damaged. Please contact our customer service department E-mail at support@teeveda.com within 24 hours to let us know that you have refused to accept delivery because the package was damaged.

• If you believe you got goods you had not ordered, please contact our customer service department E-mail at support@teeveda.com within two (2) days.

• For any products that are damaged or defective, we will give an exchange or a refund. However, whether we have the object in stock will determine whether you can exchange it. A full refund will be provided if we don't have the item in stock.

• Failed deliveries:

a) If the customer is not available to receive the package on the initial attempt, a second attempt will be made after 48 hours.

b) After making two unsuccessful efforts to reach the recipient at the time of delivery, the courier will hold onto your package for 1 more day before returning it to us.

c) You are therefore advised to track your orders to avoid problems like these.

• We will not take on another COD purchase if a customer rejects a package at delivery. A down payment would be required from such a buyer.
