Exchanges, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policy:
To seek a refund for any of your purchases, you have ten days starting from the date of delivery.

If you would like to request a refund, contact support@teeveda.com with the details of your order and return.

After the product being delivered to our Mumbai warehouse, all refunds will be transferred to your Teeveda Credit account or to the original payment mode within 5-7 business days.

Refunds for products are only available in instances of merchandise damage.

Please be informed that in some cases shipping charges paid are not refundable.

To the extent permitted by Teeveda Merchandise's exchange policy, all products purchased from teeveda.com may be exchanged.

Customers have 7 days after their purchase is delivered to exchange their product.

Only ONE exchange will be permitted. For Re-exchanges, customers will have to bear packaging and shipping charges which will be intimated to them.

All returns must be complete with all original tags and packing and be in new condition.

Send us an E-mail at support@teeveda.com with the specifics of your purchase and exchange to set up an exchange.

Our staff will arrange for a reverse pickup once we have the necessary information.

The reverse pick up option is available for a select few PIN numbers.

Products purchased under Promotional/Discount offers may not have the facility of returns or refunds. However, exchanges may be permitted.

The money will be returned as Teeveda Credit if the desired product is not available at the time the exchange is being made.

You can only exchange products that are in the same price range.

For your payment to be refunded, cancellations of orders must be submitted in writing to our customer care department at support@teeveda.com. Within 48 hours of cancellation, the refund will be initiated.

We would not be able to cancel an order if it had already been shipped. However, you are free to reject the delivery and keep us informed. If the package has been delivered, you can still exchange the product for something else.

Please be advised that if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please send an E-mail to support@teeveda.com if you would like to make any changes or edits to your purchase. Our customer service personnel will offer you specialised options whenever possible.
Promotional payments, Cash backs, Reward Points and refunds will be made in the shape of Teeveda Credit. You can pay for any upcoming orders you place with Teeveda Credits.
Cancellation by us:
Please be aware that we occasionally may have to refuse or cancel a purchase. At our sole discretion, we have the right to accept or reject any order for any cause. Your purchase might be cancelled for a variety of reasons, including restrictions on the maximum number of units that can be ordered, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any issues with the quality of the product. We reserve the right to request extra justification or data before approving any order. We will contact you if your order is cancelled in whole or in part or if more information is required to accept it. After your credit card has been charged for a purchase, if you decide against making it, the money will be returned to your card account. The customer agrees to accept our decision regarding the cancellation and not challenge it.
Cancellation by the User:
If cancellation requests are made, we reserve the right to accept or reject them for any reason. If we receive a cancellation notification and the order has not yet been fulfilled or confirmed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire payment in accordance with standard business practise. Order cancellation requests will only be deemed valid and accepted if made within 24 (twenty four) hours of placing it on the website. Orders that we have already begun to process as well as those for which a cancellation request is submitted more than 24 (twenty-four) hours after the order was made are not subject to cancellation. It is completely within our rights to determine if an order has been processed or not. It should be borne in mind that if you cancel the transaction after 24 hours, we will lose twice as much money because we purchase the product from our vendors based on your order. You must send us a formal E-mail cancelling the purchase in this case, along with the order number at support@teeveda.com. Once we receive the communication, we'll take a considered decision in the matter. Without our explicit approval, a product cannot be returned after it has been shipped. The user agrees to abide by our decision regarding the cancellation and not challenge our judgement.
Cancellation and Returns:
Every purchase is fulfilled as best as we can. However, kindly be aware that there may be orders that we are unable to process and must therefore cancel. A few of the causes may be quantity restrictions, errors or omissions in product, pricing, and stock information, or problems associated with credit and fraud protection.
Our customer service personnel will notify you if your order is cancelled in full or in part. If your credit card has been charged before that, the amount will be returned to your card account.

Please contact our customer service if you want to withdraw the order. On receiving the request for cancellation, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount (minus any transaction fees or banking fees we may have paid), but only if the order has not been processed. We would be unable to cancel orders that we have already processed or shipped which in some instances might happen in an hour after you have placed the order.
Justifications for Return:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you purchased, you have the option to return it under the returns policy.
The return policy specified on the website shall apply to all purchases.
Please carefully read all parts to fully understand the conditions and situations that will govern the acceptance of returns.
Products purchased on teeveda.com may be returned if they are product related and satisfy the following requirements: reasonable product-related problems including defective, wrong product sent, used product, physical damage, etc.
Below are the reasons returns and refunds will not be approved:

Products that are soiled, damaged, torn or dirty

A product is not qualified for a return if it is moved from the delivery location.

A change of attitude or a product you no longer believe you need

Products that are tampered with.

Items that have been customised

Subjective reasons such as the product falling short of expectations, differences in colour shades etc

Packaging dents and scratches that don't compromise the product

Returns are not accepted when the vendor has specified a no-return policy; before making a purchase, please read the details on the product page.

Refunds:
The money will be reimbursed in the same mode in which the payment was made. We will credit your account if you made the purchase using a credit card or net banking. In the event that you selected cash on delivery (COD) as your payment option, we will refund your funds in Teeveda Credit, which you can use to make any transactions on teeveda.com or transfer to your bank account. The user must enter bank account information and initiate a transfer from Teeveda Credit within six months of receiving a refund.
Refunds usually take three to seven business days to be reflected in bank accounts. It may take longer for banks that issue credit cards to show the credit that has been loaded onto the card.

Shipping and cash on delivery fees
Any shipping or cash on delivery (COD) fees applied to the purchase will not be refunded.
